I am an experienced tech and strategy leader with more than 17 years of executive-level experience shaping IT direction, leading transformation programs and building high-performing teams across large enterprises in critical infrastructure, finance, manufacturing and public sector.
My passion lies in bridging business goals with technology vision—developing operating models, governance structures, scalable services and strategic roadmaps that enable organisational growth. I thrive where strategy, leadership and creativity meet, and where complex environments require clarity, alignment and momentum.
As Director and Global Head of Security Advisory & Consulting at Aeven, I lead a specialised organisation of advisors and Customer CISOs. I build functions from the ground up, define frameworks and service catalogues, drive portfolio and demand management, participate in steering groups with C-level stakeholders, and oversee major transition programs across Denmark and international delivery centres.
I also work closely with enterprise and solution architects to align operating models, governance and long-term technology direction.
Earlier roles at NNIT and IBM have given me a solid foundation in global delivery, vendor and sourcing models, service portfolio ownership, executive advisory and enterprise programme leadership—including offshoring to India and transitions to our centre in CZ. Combined with an executive leadership education from IBM and a Master’s degree in IT Leadership & Communication, I bring a unique mix of strategic insight, operational depth and people leadership.
